Paul Ulasien is a business professional with over 35 years of experience in training consulting, education, and entrepreneurship. He is also an international award winning freelance business writer and journalist winner of a 2015 International Automotive Media Competition (IAMC) Bronze Medal and a 2016 Trade Association Business Publications International (TABPI) Silver Medal.

In 2011 he was awarded an Advance Facilitator Certification and in 2020 received his Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT) certificate. In 2012 he was a presenter at the Sloan Consortium's 5th Annual International Symposium on for Emerging Technologies for Online Learning speaking on the topic of "Learning Technologies and Strategies for an Aging Population - Does One Size Fit All?" He holds dual Masters Degrees in Business Administration, Industrial-Organizational Psychology and specializes in the areas of data networking and cyber security.

Paul has authored two books, The Corporate Rat Race: The Rats are Winning (2006)  and The Power of a Grace Perspective (2012).

Sherry Ulasien, is a dedicated, success-driven professional with more than 20 years of progressive background in training and developing employees in fast paced and competitive industries. 

She is a highly knowledgeable, skilled, and accomplished consultant with extensive knowledge in planning, organizing, and directing a wide-range of training activities.

Sherry is a known strategist in authoring text- and computer-based training materials, and exhibits comprehensive knowledge in multimedia and Internet/Intranet technology as learning mediums.  She also demonstrates advanced expertise in project management and enterprise-level training rollouts. 

Sherry holds a Master of Science in Business Management.
